2. SEOLAXY Trademarks
SEOLAXY’s trademarks are protected under the EUIPO, including the registered word mark “SEOLAXY” (Filing No. 019012167) valid until April 11, 2034. These marks cover Nice Classes 9, 35, 38, 41, and 42 and include the SEOLAXY name, logos, slogans, and visual brand elements.
SEOLAXY retains all rights to its trademarks, whether registered or unregistered.
3. General Guidelines for Using SEOLAXY Trademarks
The following rules apply to all usage of SEOLAXY trademarks:
3.1. Permitted Use
You may use SEOLAXY tademarks only under the following conditions:
- For reference purposes, such as describing SEOLAXY products, services, or content.
- In educational, news, or editorial content where SEOLAXY’s products or services are relevant.
- If you are an authorized partner, reseller, or affiliate, as specified in your contract with SEOLAXY.
- With prior written consent from SEOLAXY.
3.2. Prohibited Use
You may not use SEOLAXY Marks:
- In business names, product names, domain names, or social media handles.
- In a way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership without SEOLAXY’s written approval.
- On promotional merchandise for sale or distribution (e.g., t-shirts, mugs).
- In any advertising, PPC campaigns, or digital marketing that may mislead users.
- In metatags, hidden text, or SEO optimization that creates confusion.
3.3. Proper Form and Representation
- Always use SEOLAXY trademarks in their exact, unaltered form. Do not modify, animate, distort, or combine them with other visuals.
- Use the latest version of SEOLAXY’s logos and follow any visual Brand Guidelines provided.
- Do not use older or unofficial versions of our trademarks.
- Example: Use SEOLAXY® (where “R” is appropriate).
4. Specific Guidelines for Different Uses
4.1. Publications, Seminars, and Conferences
You may use SEOLAXY trademarks in the title or content of your event, publication, or seminar if:
- The content is directly related to SEOLAXY products or services.
- SEOLAXY trademarks are not more prominent than your own branding.
- You include a disclaimer: “This event/publication is not affiliated with or endorsed by SEOLAXY.”
Screenshots: Screenshots of SEOLAXY products may be used for educational or editorial purposes but must remain unaltered except for resizing.
4.2. Authorized Resellers and Partners
- If you are a reseller or partner, you must follow the terms in your agreement with SEOLAXY.
- You must obtain written approval for any promotional materials featuring SEOLAXY trademarks.
- Submit samples of all materials featuring SEOLAXY trademarks for quality review prior to public release.
4.3. Affiliates
Affiliates must adhere to both this Policy and the SEOLAXY Terms and Conditions. Misuse may result in termination of affiliate privileges.
4.4. Social Media and Domains
You may not use SEOLAXY trademarks in:
- Social media account names, handles, or groups.
- Domains, URLs, or email addresses.
- Any way that might confuse users into thinking your account is officially affiliated with SEOLAXY.
5. Reporting Misuse of SEOLAXY Trademarks
If you encounter misuse of SEOLAXY’s trademarks or brand assets, please notify us at info@bigburg.de. Include as much detail as possible (e.g., URLs, screenshots, or materials).
6. Legal Disclaimer
- SEOLAXY retains all rights to its trademarks, whether explicitly mentioned in this Policy or not.
- By using SEOLAXY trademarks, you acknowledge that SEOLAXY is the sole owner of all rights and any goodwill associated with such use.
