Here you can find the most frequent questions from users before they join SEOLAXY.

Do you issue a valid invoice?

Yes, we issue invoices with a German VAT number for both individuals and companies.

Can my company pay for my membership?

Yes, your company can pay the membership fee for you. This option will appear during the registration process under the payment method. Group purchasing for multiple employees under the same account is currently not available.

Can I share my account with someone else?

No, it is not possible to share the account with multiple people. Those who attempt to do so will have their account deactivated without any prior warning.

Which payment methods are available?

The available payment methods are Credit/Debit Card and PayPal. If you choose the annual payment option, you can also pay via wire transfer.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes, we have an affiliate program. Every SEOLAXY member gets a referral coupon with which both he and the new user get 200 gems each.

Do I need to cancel my subscription at the end of the trial period (Guest Pass), or will it be done automatically?

The subscription will continue automatically after the trial period ends. If you don't wish to stay on the platform after the trial, please make sure to cancel your subscription in time. To do that, simply log in to your account, go to My Profile > Manage Subscription > Deactivate Subscription.

Are SEOLAXY Workshops free or paid?

Some workshops are free, while others require gems to unlock. You can find more details once you log in and click the "Workshops" tab in the top menu.

I want to register, but I can't enter the required information in the personal data and payment fields.

Here are a few things you can try: 1. Refresh the page and try again. 2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. 3. Ensure you're using a supported browser and that it's up to date. If you still experience difficulties after these steps, please contact us.

Am I too old/young to start learning Ecommerce SEO & AI?

Our oldest SEOLAXY member was 56 when he started learning SEO, now working as an SEO Specialist. Our youngest member was 16 when he joined the SEOLAXY and is now teaching SEO at the NYU.

Where can I find the invoice?

Log in to your account, in the top right corner of the screen (desktop version) click on the button with your picture and name, and from the dropdown menu select the 'Receipts' option.

I registered, but I forgot to enter the referral code during registration. Is it possible to enter the code afterward?

Unfortunately, there is no option to enter the code afterward.

Where can I find my referral code?

Once you log in, click on the button with your username and picture, located in the top right corner of the screen (desktop version). In the dropdown menu, you'll find the 'Earn Gems' section; by clicking on it, you'll be directed to the landing page where you can find your referral code.

When I renew my subscription, will I receive all the gems at once, or are they distributed over the course of the month?

When you renew your subscription, you'll receive all the gems included in your package immediately, so you can start using them right away.

Where can I watch the SEOLAXY Workshops?

After logging into your account, just click on the "Workshops" tab in the top menu of your dashboard. That's where you'll find all available workshops.

I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

Before contacting the support team, please try the following: clear your cache and cookies, then try logging in again. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@seolaxy.com, or use our live chat feature. To help us understand the issue better, please include all relevant details in your message when reaching out.

I paid and I can login in, but I haven't received an invoice. What should I do?

Please forward the payment confirmation to support@seolaxy.com. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

If I don't renew or cancel my subscription, will I still have access to my account, and be able to buy and use gems?

You will still have access to the content you purchased up until that point, but you won't be able to buy or use gems. Additionally, you will no longer have access to the community or be able to run WDF*IDF analyses.

How can I top up gems?

Whenever you run out of gems, a popup message asking if you want to top up gems will appear on your screen. Another way to get more gems is to go to "Buy Gems" section within your profile.

How can I cancel my membership?

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account go to My profile > Manage subscription > Deactivate subscription. This starts the deactivation process. Your account will not be deactivated immediately. The deactivation will take effect on your next scheduled payment date. You will not be charged for the next month.

What is the difference between deleting and deactivating my account?

Deactivating your account allows you to return later; your gems, progress, and settings will all be saved. Deleting your account is permanent. Everything, including your gems, will be erased, and if you wish to return, you will have to create a brand-new profile and start over.

I'm already a member but when I try to log in I get redirected to the signup URL.

Please try the following: 1. Clear cache and cookies. 2. Make sure to use the same email you used during registration. 3. Open your browser and go to https://my.seolaxy.com/logout. 4. Try to log in again.

I signed up but didn't receive a confirmation email, why is this happening?

You most likely unsubscribed at some point, which is why the emails are no longer coming through. If you want us to fix this manually, please let us know so we can forward your request to our technical support team.

I keep getting logged out of the platform. Why is this happening, and do I have to log in again every time?

Please note that our system enforces a single active session limitation. This means if you log in on one device (or browser) and then switch to another, you will be automatically logged out of the first session and will need to log in again on the new device. This rule prevents account sharing and ensures one person uses one account. If you are being logged out automatically without switching devices, we need more information. Please record your screen or note the exact time the issue occurred so we can investigate other potential causes. In the meantime, please try these steps: 1. Go to https://my.seolaxy.com/logout. 2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies. 3. You will be redirected to the login page (https://my.seolaxy.com/login). Try logging in again.
