The feature is available to SEOLAXY members.
Each question costs gems from your membership balance. You receive 970 gems per month as part of your plan. Trial users can explore the platform but need a full membership to submit private questions.
Submit your question (100 gems reserved)
Describe your challenge clearly; include screenshots, URLs, or examples. Once submitted, 100 gems are temporarily reserved, and your question moves to the "Waiting for Offer" stage.
Get your offer
We will evaluate how complex your question is and estimate how many gems the answer will cost. You'll get a notification and can choose whether to accept or decline.
Accept or decline the offer
If you accept, the gems are deducted and your question enters the queue ("Waiting for Answer"). If you decline, your 100 gems are automatically refunded and the question is removed.
Receive your expert answer
You'll be notified when your answer is ready. Review it - if it resolves your issue, mark it as closed.
Request clarification if needed
If something isn't clear or needs more depth, you can ask for an extended answer. We'll review your request and provide additional input if it's within scope.
Close the question
Once you confirm the answer is complete, the question is marked as closed and stored in your account for reference.
